It has been a very consistent week end the one just ended at Lonato for the brazilian Birel ART Junior OKJ driver Rafa Camara. The “junior” has started the WSK Euro Series Round 3 with a perfect mindset looking forward a podium in the OKJ category. After a very great qualifying session (2nd), Camara confirmed his incredible pace in the heats, stepping three times on the virtual podium (3rd, 3rd and 2nd)  and finishing 7th the last race. In the Pre Final the brazilian has to struggle a bit more then expected in the first laps missing the fight with the front runners and taking the chequered flag just 7th. Starting from the 7th row of the grid in the Final, Camara has not been able to come back into the TOP 10, scoring a 14th place overall which doesn’t “fit” on his pace. Shame for him who will try to take his revenge next week end at Adria Final Round of the series.

Bad news for Ressico D’Aloisio who tried to come back at the wheel of his OKJ kart after the painful rimb problem but he had to give up right after few lap. For him now a compulsory rest looking forward a come back as soon as possible. In the 60 Mini the week end has been vey poor of satisfactions. None of the three drivers, Amendola, Keeren and Banevsky got the access to the Final but in the mean time Birel ART Junior took a great satisfaction from the OK driver Artamonov: 24th in the Final, the russian has shown a great progression during the week end and now is constantly in the TOP 15. Next race in one week. Round 4 WSK Euro Series-Adria (RO).
